Tilley and Barrett have been commissioned to provide a number of services to the building located at Berkeley Square in the heart of Mayfair. These include, but are not limited to the full deployment of site welfare (Covid compliant), the erection of compliant hoarding to site boundary, a movement sensitive security system, with reactive call out function, the isolation, disconnection of all incoming services from client ownership boundary, making safe and removal of all redundant mechanical and electrical services, asbestos removal, de-gassing of all chiller systems, the decommission of reserve diesel tank, the soft-strip of all floors – basement to roof, retaining ‘parquet’ flooring, the disposal of all arisings to correctly licenced waste transfer stations.
The scope of our work also take into account the consideration the Westminster Code of Construction, and the local environment that we would be employed within, we will utilise the latest machinery and techniques to ensure any impact on the local area and neighbouring properties/uses is kept to a minimum and is mitigated and managed effectively at all times throughout the process.
